Supporting improvement in Incident handling, we will be rolling two new enhancements within the ServiceNow application today. The changes are specific to enhancing the user experience in ServiceNow and will affect ServiceNow users of the Incident/Problem/Change Management modules and include:
1. Contact and sponsor fields will only show active members.
2. Incidents created through the self service portal with the option selected as ” UBC Mailing list ” automatically assigns the Service offering of that incident as “UBC Mailing LIst”.
