ServiceNow Incident Management Enhancement June 12, 2014 13:00 – 17:00 PT

The scheduled change is to accommodate new functionality to the incident management module:

-Visible alert to the analyst when an Incident has been updated
-Ability to search knowledge base from an Incident’s short description
-Removal of confidential notes from the form

No downtime is expected for users and knowledge base articles have been drafted (KB0014609 and KB0014610) for additional information.
