Fraudulent Email Alert January 11, 2010

Fraudulent emails directing users to submit CWL account information have been reported. UBC IT never requests username and passwords to be passed over the internet or by email. Do not fill out any form or reply to any email with of your account information. Instead, please forward a copy of the email including full headers to and then delete it from your Inbox or mobile phone. If you did submit your CWL account information, go to myAccount and change your password as soon as possible.

To maintain your mail.ubc.caaccount, you must reply to this email, immediately and enter your current password here (…)Failure to do this within 48 hours will immediately render your account deactivated from our database. Your response should be send to the following e-mail address.
