UBC Workspace – Intermittent Problems – May 1, 2014 – 12:00PT

Please be advised that UBC Workspace users may not be able to use their Workspace account through the web portal at www.workspace.ubc.ca or by using the Workspace desktop client. Users currently logged into their Workspace account in the desktop client may receive an error message and may be forced to log out. Users attempting to login to the web portal may receive a “Page cannot be displayed” or “Connection reset” error message. Technicians are currently investigating and no ETA is available at this time.
