*Resolved* Connect Service Disruption – January 15, 2014 11:58 PT

There is currently a Connect service disruption – users are reporting frequent error messages. Technicians are investigating and will provide an update in 1 hour. Update – We have resolved the cause of the error messages that users were experiencing. The time on one application server fell out of sync with the CWL authentication service. This caused users to receive a security error if their session landed on that particular server. The problem has been resolved.
