Reason: A failed component on the ROADM network.
Replaced equipment to restore full services.
Effects: All routed, L3 and transit services were operational over
backup circuits. L2 services were manually reconfigured
to backup circuits including:
BC Libraries Co-operative
UBC Distributed Medical Program
These will be transitioned back to original circuits outside of
business hours.
The following network services are not available during the above
time:
UVic LHCONE
WestGrid – UVic
