The errors appear to be caused by Building Block updates performed this morning. The problem has been escalated to Blackboard and technicians are continuing to investigate. Next update at 11:45 PT.
Connect Service Disruption – December 23rd 09:30 PT There is currently an incident affecting Connect. Users may receive one of the following error messages while performing course operations:
1. There was a system error preventing the course menu from loading. If this problem persists please contact your System Administrator.
2. Could not perform database operation. An unknown error has occurred.
