Reason: A support system used to collect the traffic statistics for each connection had a failure. Technicians were called in to resolve the underlying cause and reboot the system to restore normal operation.
Effects: The reporting of traffic statistics for BCNET clients was unavailable during the above period. The Network Weathermap updates were also unavailable during this time.
