On Sunday, March 8th 2009 between 6:00am and 10:00am, UBC Exchange customers will experience up to four short service interruptions where they will be unable to send or receive messages through Exchange. Each service interruption during this scheduled maintenance window will last 5 to 10 minutes in length.
All incoming messages will be queued and delivered when the Exchange service is restored. Anyone using a Blackberry mobile device or Outlook Web Access to check their Exchange email while it is unavailable will also be impacted until the Exchange service is back online.
Departmental Exchange Administrators have been notified and were asked to pass along notification to affected individuals.
