FASmail Performance Issues May 1, 2013 09:00 โ€“ 09:53 PT

This morning, the IT Service Centre received a number of reports of slow Outlook performance and difficulty accessing mailboxes using the Outlook Web App (Webmail). This appears to have been caused by some month-end log consolidation running on two of the four client access servers that handle email client connections to the mailbox. This process completed at 9:53am and reported issues appear to be back to normal.
