The Interchange Email Forwarding and Mailing List Service are fully operational as of May 1, 2013 at 9:05am. Access to the Interchange Manage Your Account website for Mailing List administration was also restored at approximately 9:00am. Please note that there may be email delivery delays for messages sent while the service was unavailable.
