UBC IT is investigating a Call Manager cluster issue. Cisco phones are functional, however, this issue may result in some inconsistent behaviors for Cisco VoIP phones. These behaviors may manifest as intermittent difficulties placing or receiving calls, or accessing phone functions.

On February 29, 2012, between 13:30 and 14:30, a change will be made to the inbound message routing of itservices.ubc.ca and it.ubc.ca domains. The alias resolution of these domains will be done on the new MX cluster instead of the old mail-relay cluster. No impact is expected as a result of this change.
