AccessUBC and Sponsored Guest web application will be undergoing maintenance. There will be no service interruption for users for the duration of the maintenance with the exception of 18:00 to 20:00 PT to which a web application restart is required. This interruption can be resolved by re-login to the web service.

Course Reserves database update Oct 2, 2017 22:00-23:00 PT

The Library Course Reserves database server will be updated. There will be a short (10 minute) service interruption during data transfer to the new server.

ILS Voyager Maintenance Sept 30, 2017 22:15 – 23:59 PT

Voyager servers will undergo scheduled maintenance on Saturday, September 30 from 22:15 to 23:59. During this maintenance window, Integrated Library services including acquisitions, circulation and cataloguing will be unavailable.

Canvas LTI integration with LOCR – Sept 20, 2017 20:00 to 21:00 PT

The Library Online Course Reserves (LOCR) service in Canvas will be updated. Once the updates are complete, when a user clicks on the LOCR link from a Canvas course, he/she will be directed to the enrolled course list (home page) of LOCR without having to login again.
