Worskspace macOS Sync Client Update January 10, 2018 06:00 – 06:30 PT

The Workspace Airwatch Content Locker Sync Client for macOS will be updated on the Workspace servers. After the update, Workspace users can download the new client from the Workspace web portal at files.workspace.ubc.ca

Open LDAP Services are currently unavailable. CAS integrated services are impacted, including wireless, VPN, student services applications (such as the SSC), and PAT. Technicians are currently investigating the issue and an update will be provided in the morning.

Resolved – Pinnacle not reachable – Dec 18, 2017 – 14:45 PT The earlier issue today with Pinnacle has been resolved at 14:35 PT today. Users will be able to access Pinnacle at www.billing.it.ubc.ca We are currently experiencing an issue accessing Pinnacle at www.billing.it.ubc.ca. Technicians are currently investigating the issue.

ACMS Maintenance Nov 30, 2017 07:00 – 10:00 PT

The Access Control Management System (ACMS) website will be undergoing planned maintenance from 07:00 – 10:00  PT on Thursday, November 30, 2017. During this time, the ACMS website will be unavailable to end-users to perform access changes. However, all existing and in-place access will be retained.
