UBC IT will be performing maintenance on the Contact Centre environment on March 28, 2011 from 18:00 – 21:00. Contact Centre will be unavailable for 30-60 minutes during this period, but no customer impact is expected. Call processing and treatments will be managed by backup systems.

Currently there is an issue with the Henry Angus PBX causing approximately 60 analog telephones to be unavailable. Technical staff have been contacted and will have full service restored as soon as possible.
