Cisco VoIP (Call Manager) Service Issue as of 09:15 March 1, 2012

UBC IT is investigating a Call Manager cluster issue. Cisco phones are functional, however, this issue may result in some inconsistent behaviors for Cisco VoIP phones. These behaviors may manifest as intermittent difficulties placing or receiving calls, or accessing phone functions.

We are currently experiencing intermittent issues with the new UBC Voicemail as of 9:47am today. Users may hear a fast busy-tone when accesing their voicemail. Technicians are aware and are looking into the issue. We thank you for your patience during this time.

UBC IT will be performing maintenance on the Voice Mail/Unified Messaging system from 21:00 to 23:00. Brief service interruptions may occur during this period, which will prevent subscribers and callers from reaching UBC voice mail boxes.
