UBC Okanagan Arts and Sciences Centre (ASC) Building – Network Upgrade August 13, 2015 17:00 – 18:00 PT

Network, wireless and phones will be down in the Arts and Sciences Centre building at the Okanagan campus, North side on the second and third floor, between 5:00PM and 6:00PM on August 13th. This is required to add additional user ports in this area.

Workspace 2.0 Integration with Access UBC, July 30, 2015, 10:00-14:00 PT

Workspace 2.0 will be integrated with Access UBC on July 30th, 2015 from 10:00 to 14:00 PT. During this time, Workspace accounts will be created for all new, eligible users. All new users will be notified via email that their Workspace 2.0 accounts have been created and are ready for use.

UBC-O OWA FASmail Access Issue – April 27, 2014 12:00 PT

UBC-O users may encounter issues accessing FASmail using the web interface and maybe presented with the error message, “A problem occurred while you were trying to use your mailbox”.
