UBC’s Shibboleth service will be undergoing maintenance on Oct 23, 2015 18:00-19:00PT. There will not be any service disruptions during the maintenance window.

Sophos Antivirus and Microsoft Office 365 Download not accessible – October 23, 2015 10:00 PT

Users may experience issues accessing the Sophos Anti-virus and Microsoft Office download website. Technicians are aware of the issue and are investigating.

Resolved – Office 365, Sophos and Dreamspark unavailable for download – August 17th 2015 PT

User can now go to download.ubc.ca and download Office 365, Sophos Anti-virus or Dreamspark. Previous issue has now been resolved

Due to a vendor outage any users who try to go to download.ubc.ca and download Office 365, Sophos Anti-virus or Dreamspark will get a “page cannot be displayed” error. We are working with the vendor to resolve the issue. An update will be posted in one hour.

Adobe License Issue – June 2, 2015 16:15 PT UPDATE

UBC IT has experienced a licensing issue for Adobe Creative Cloud products this morning. UBC IT is working with the vendor on updating the license. Please contact your IT Administrators for assistance. A re-serialization executable file has been placed on Teamshare-SLMS for re-licensing.

SaturnApps software download site relocating to Teamshare June 12, 2014 – 0800 PT
