The Faculty Service Centre is not reachable from certain IP addresses. Support staff are looking into this issue and hope to have it resolved as soon as possible.

HA PBX issue resolved January 17, 2011 20:45

The HA PBX issue has been resolved as of 20:45 Jan 17, 2011. All 60 analog phones are back in operation.

HA PBX issue affecting 60 telephones January 17, 2011 17:00

Currently there is an issue with the Henry Angus PBX causing approximately 60 analog telephones to be unavailable. Technical staff have been contacted and will have full service restored as soon as possible.

Interchange Mail Store Restart January 16, 2011 18:00-18:15

UBC IT will be restarting an Interchange mail store at 18:10 on January 16, 2011. Half of all Interchange mailboxes will be unavailable for up to five minutes while the restart is taking place.
