Resnet Maintenance April 10, 2012 07:30 – 08:00 PT

Network maintenance will be performed on the UBC Vancouver Resnet from 07:30 to 08:00 on April 10th, 2012. There may be sporadic Internet access across all Resnet as traffic management updates are performed.

myDNS Management Interface Maintenance April 6th, 21:00 – 23:59 PT

The MyDNS management interface at https://mydns.ubc.ca will be unavailable between 21:00 and 23:59 on Friday, April 6th for scheduled maintenance. During this maintenance window, there will be no impact or outage to any DNS or DHCP services. If during this maintenance window any emergency DNS or DHCP changes are required please contact the ITSC.

Hospital PBX Caller ID Issue April 6, 2012 08:00 PT UPDATE

Subscribers with analog phones on the UBC Hospital switch have reported that caller ID is not functioning. This issue is limited to the 9316 analog sets. UBC IT is still investigating this issue. The estimated time for resolution is unknown.

Cause was due to power issues in the Diamond Health Care Centre. Network issues with hospital devices are now resovled.
