UBC IT will be replacing the SSL certificate on the Intermapper servers.

RESOLVED – RISe – rise.ubc.ca front page is unreachable at this time – 08:30am – 11:00am

The rise.ubc.ca website was not reachable earlier in the morning. The RISe application itself was reachable, at https://rise.ubc.ca/rise/publiccustomlayouts/cwl/loginShib The issue is resolved as of 11am.

The issue with signing into Parking Account at parking.ubc.ca and parking.ok.ubc.ca has been resolved at 15:30 PT. Issue Signing Into Parking Account at parking.ubc.ca and parking.ok.ubc.ca. This sign-in application is managed by an external third-party vendor.  A parking manager contacted that vendor to resolve this issue.
