UBC Hospital Network (Koerner Pavilion) Upgrade May 21, 2019, 03:00-07:00 PT

Network maintenance is being performed on the UBC Hospital to facilitate upgrades as part of the Network Switch Replacement Program. During this service window on May 21 from 03:00-07:00 PT, all wired and wireless network services will be unavailable and/or sporadic, as end user ports are migrated, and the connectivity is verified.

EduCloud Server Backup Infrastructure Maintenance May 21, 2019 11:00-18:00 PT

The EduCloud Server backup infrastructure will undergo maintenance on May 21, 2019 11:00-18:00 PT. During this window, restore operations for virtual machines hosted in EduCloud Server will not be available.

Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) Maintenance, May 21, 2019, 18:00โ€“22:00 PT

UBC’s VDI service will be undergoing infrastructure maintenance. During this time, users will be logged out of their VDI session and have intermittent connectivity to their VDI Desktop.

Kamloops Q9 Datacentre Network Maintenance May 21, 2019, 20:00 – 23:30 PT

UBC IT will be performing network maintenance from May 21, 2019, 20:00 – 23:30 PT. During this time, the Kamloops Q9 datacentre will experience minimal interruptions to networking services.

UBC SharePoint Maintenance May 19, 2019 22:30 โ€“ 23:30 PT

On May 19th, 2019 from 22:30 to 23:30 PT, the UBC SharePoint Software as a Service (SaaS) service will be undergoing maintenance. During this maintenance window, SharePoint sites may not be accessible.
