UBC Mailing Lists (LISTSERV) at ‘https://lists.ubc.ca’ is currently inaccessible.   UBC IT is aware of the issue and technicians are working to restore the site.  There is currently no ETA to resolution.

The earlier issue with SMTP services in FASmail has been resolved.

We are currently experiencing issues with SMTP (port 465) services in FASmail. Technicians have been notified and they are investigating. Current workaround is to change Outgoing server SMTP port to 587 and the encrypted connection type to TLS.

Mail Relay Service Maintenance November 21, 2017 10:00 – 17:00 PT

The UBC Mail Relay service will be undergoing maintenance during this period. No end user impact is expected.

Technicians have resolved the issue and all POP, IMAP and SMTP services in FASmail have been restored. As backlogged emails are still being processed, users may experience delivery delays from external senders.”
