The FASmail Intermittent Authentication Issues with Outlook has been resolved as of Sept 12 22:30.

FASmail Intermittent Authentication Issues with Outlook September 12 12:00PT

Please be advised that users may be experiencing intermittent authentication issues using Outlook on both Windows and MAC machines.  Technicians are currently investigating. As a temporary workaround, it is suggested to close Outlook and re-enter your credentials or to use Webmail at https://www.mail.ubc.ca.
