Resolved : Intermittent FASmail Issues April 16, 2019. 17:24 PT

Update: April 16, 2019.  17:24 PT. The FASmail issue has been resolved. We are currently experiencing email issues.  Users are not able to access emails using Outlook.  Technicians have been notified and are working on the issue.  There is no Estimated Time of Repair.

UBC Vancouver Faculty and Staff Email (FASmail) Service Maintenance April 11, 2019, 09:00-09:30 PT

UBC IT will perform system maintenance on the UBC (Vancouver) Faculty and Staff Email (FASmail) Service on April 11, 2019, 09:00-09:30 PT. After the maintenance is complete, users who have been moved to Exchange 2016 will be able to change themes in the webmail interface. No other impact is expected.
