The RADIUS authentication service (for wireless and VPN) will undergo maintenance on Jan 13, 2018, 21:00 to 23:00 PT. This is to improve the user experience for multi-factor authentication on VPN. No impact to users is expected.

15:40 PT :  The CWL authentication issues have been resolved. 14:50 PT We are currently experiencing sporadic CWL authentication errors. Technicians have been notified and are investigating the issue.  This service bulletin will be updated once the issue is resolved.

IAM Database Maintenance September 6, 22:00 to 22:50 PT

To optimize the IAM database performance, we will rebooting the database on September 6, 2018 from 22:00 to 22:50 PT. During this time, web-based applications will continue to be accessible; however, new Campus-Wide Login accounts cannot be created and passwords cannot be updated.

Canvas not accessible due to CWL issue September 5, 2018 09:15 PT

There is currently an issue with the system that authenticates users to Canvas and Canvas is not accessible at this time. Technicians are investigating and we will update this bulletin when more information is available.
