RESOLVED: Canvas Notification Delivery Problems – April 3, 2019, 16:51 PT

Canvas Support has identified the root issue causing Canvas notifications to not be delivered to some users, and has implemented a fix.

Canvas notifications should now be delivered as normal and users can reply back to Canvas notifications.  Notifications and replies sent during the outage should be delivered.

Please contact LT Hub at LT.hub@ubc.ca if there is any problems with Canvas notifications.

Please be aware that Canvas notifications are not being sent to some users. We’re working to resolve this problem.

In the meantime, please log into Canvas to ensure you are not missing any important information (e.g., announcements, messages, assignment due dates).

External replies to notification emails sent by Canvas are currently not getting delivered. We have escalated the issue to Canvas support.
