Intermittent Email Delivery Delays – November 6, 2017

We’re seeing occasional email delays due to a mail queue build up on some mail relay servers. The build up is temporary as the server affected eventually catches up and processes all mail. We have been working with our vendor to help identify a root cause. The case with the vendor has been escalated.  Note that this only affects inbound email delivery from off campus. Email sent within FASmail is not affected. Outbound email to off-campus addresses are also not impacted.
